CrossFit ONUS

This my first experience with CrossFit and I love this place!

I was hesitant to try CrossFit because I was afraid of getting injured. But thanks to Coach Debbie, (the friendliest and most knowledgeable instructor I’ve ever worked with), I always feel safe.

Debbie knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with each workout while correcting your form to avoid getting injured.

The gym looks brand new. The equipment and weights are in mint condition.

Would highly recommend.

I’m on my third week at CrossFit Onus and I absolutely love it. Coach Debbie is amazing! I was a little intimidated at first by the classes and people but everyone has been so friendly and helpful to me in my journey so far.

Coach Debbie is phenomenal. She understands the physiology of the body and adjusts your training routine for your level of fitness. In 6 weeks I already am beginning to see changes in my strength and conditioning. I am excited to go to a training session every time. Excellent gym and Trainer.

After relocating to South Florida, I was in immediate need of a gym and CrossFit Onus was the best find! The coaches there are knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help you. It’s a great atmosphere (clean, well organized, offering free towels and water) and you can tell there is a strong community among members. Highly recommend to everyone!

This is a really great box. Was visiting and got a week drop-in membership. The coaches are terrific, helpful and welcoming. They made it easy for me to continue my training while away from home. Also really nice facility. Everything is top notch. And of course the members are also really friendly and welcoming as well. I will definitely visit this box again.
