Great CVS! All product is always very organized and stocked. The store yes very clean compared to others and employees are helpful. The manager, Doug, is amazing and so helpful. Will always go to the CVS over others!

Worst pharmacy in Boca is a fair statement. They will never have your medication ready and half the time it’s a fight with them to get medication I’ve been on for years. This is due because they don’t order enough quantities in specific medications. They get weekly shipments on Thursday so going a week without medication you need is common, hopefully luck is in your favor if you want to fill a prescription here and need it within the week.

The straw that broke the camels back was that I had a prescription for 60 tablets as sent over by my doctor. The pharmacist there filled HALF of the prescription (30 pills) and said that’s all they had in stock. She said I could come back on February 4th when they get more in stock to pick up the other half. After time passed, and the time to pickup the other half of my prescription came they said “It’s too soon to fill it” and I “forfeited the remainder of the prescription” because I picked up the half the other pharmacist filled. Funny how I was LITERALLY INSTRUCTED by those in the pharmacy to do that.

To take from this:

1) There is an obvious disconnection between pharmacists since one will tell you one thing and another will say the opposite. Do you really want that when you go fill medicine you need on a daily basis? A roulette wheel of if they’re lying straight to your face and being truthful?

2) There is a chance you wont have your medication in stock and you may go without it for a week or more. A pharmacist said I should call in a week early every time a prescription of mine needs to be filled. Again, do you want to be required to do that? Every time you anticipate you might get a prescription from the doctor you have to call in over a week early to tell them to order it?

3) It’s common for them to not even fill prescriptions your doctor sent over until you tell them to. So not only do you need to call a week in advanced for them to order your [very common] medication, you need to give them another call to actually fill it. Otherwise they will just let it sit.

4) They will delete your prescriptions your doctor sent if it doesn’t look right or if they send too many scripts. Just trust me when I say this 🙂 don’t let them tell you otherwise. So you will need to contact your doctor to send over the same scripts.

5) Even if they do fill your medication it might not be all of the quantity your doctor prescribed you. Would you like it if they gave you half the pills you need and shoo’d you out the door? If you got prescribed X amount of pills by your doctor and they filled 50% of that, would that be acceptable?

I’m personally fed up with this pharmacy I’m just going to buy the medication I NEED on the darknet with bitcoin as I’ve done that in the past. Because I know I’ll actually get my medication when I do it that way.

Funny how it’s easier to buy a controlled medication on the internet and have it shipped to you. You get it faster than if you drove 10 minutes to this CVS. Crazy concept right? You would think it would be the other way around.

If you would be pleased to do all the above when you need medicine filled then you should go here. Otherwise, go to Publix or a Walgreens.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Worst pharmacy customer service I have ever had.

Never had a problem in over three years, they are all very nice and helpfull. These people are very busy , it is very difficult for them to be on the phone when there are costumers waiting in line, be patient.

I just found out that my new insurance plan does not cover prescriptions from my favorite pharmacy, CVS, on Clint Moore and Jog Rd. I am heartbroken! I finally found a great Pharmacist, Roxy, who has helped me make my transition down to Florida so much easier and I’m going to miss her and her wonderful staff so much! Everyone has always been so helpful. They treat you like family! Even though I can’t get my prescriptions there anymore, I am still going to go out of my way to shop there for other things! Thanks for making me feel welcome!
