Went to pick up my prescription. Pharmacist told me that he didn’t have any prescriptions that were sent under my name.
Meanwhile an elder lady was sent home because she didn’t have anything for her either. I felt bad for her as she could barely walk.
I called my provider and they did sent to the pharmacy it’s the pharmacy that doesn’t accept prescriptions! Their system is broken and obviously nobody cares.
