CVS Pharmacy

Bad experience. I asked about COVID-19 test and the lady in pharmacy just say go outside of stores and check at cvs.com. she was rude and dind even get close to the window, instead, she answer from behind the shelf she was in back.

I’m a little upset because the staff is so rigid and does not accommodate customers. I was supposed to get the $10.00 off for buying L’Oreal but it didn’t come up in mon my card after purchasing $80.00 worth of this product. I insisted to speak to a manager who was NO help at all. He said to call the 1-800 number for cvs which I waited for 90 minutes but no one was working the phones. I gave up. They are also not accepting any returns which I found annoying.

Always a great place for a quick stop. Everyone in the pharmacy are great and help you with any questions you might have.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy since 2005 and, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The pharmacy staff always goes up and beyond to accommodate me. They are extremely friendly, always have a smile on their faces, know me by name and, are always able to answer questions and concerns I have. Nancy, Anna, Vicki, Kenny, Ed and the rest of the pharmacy team definitely receive only High Praise in My Eyes. Even though there is a pharmacy closer to my home, I wouldn’t go anywhere else but to ‘this CVS.’ They are a great team. One which can never take their place. I applaud your Entire Team.

CVS Pharmacy is a very convenient drug store in Boca Del Mar and close to the place where I live.☔
