Great doctor! Speak multiple languages and very informative. He cleaned the wax out of my ears and it was a breeze. The staff was very professional and nice.

Sheri Berg is a very good practitioner—- but more importantly to me, she is extremely caring and patient.

When my hearing aids were not working as they should, she was persistent in finding an appropriate solution.

The front desk staff is AMAZING. They always have a smile on there face and are extremely caring to the patients. Dr. Ganc’s medical assistants are EXTREMELY nice and very welcoming. Dr. Ganc is ALWAYS caring for his patients. He might take longer but that is because he actually sits down with you and wants to know everything that is going on with you so he can give you the BEST CARE possible!! And if you ever need a surgery done the coordinator is awesome as well.

Dr Ganc, as a physician, I found to be professional and competent. He also struck me as a personable and caring individual. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

He is so caring of the patient…he takes the time to know you and your individual needs, has great bedside manner, excellent and varied treatments, flexible options and more than competent office staff. The whole team works in concert for the good of the patients. They also have a very quick response to phone calls and questions.
