I have never had a worst experience in a medical office than I have with Kessler sports medicine. I had a 2:45 appointment with Dr Shafi. I WAITED OVER 1 HR AND 10 MINUTES IN A WAITING ROOM!!! I asked 3 different employees when I’ll be seen AND nobody got back to me.
I FINALLY WALKED OUT TO THE RECEPTIONIST DESK AND TOLD THEM I’M LEAVING. THEY COULD CARE LESS!!! THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS CARING FOR PEOPLE !

Dr Kessler and his staff deserve all the praise! I’ve been a patient of his for over 15 years, a partial knee replacement about 10 years ago (at a young age) after a very conservative approach. They take good care my knees and other ailments plus the staff is always friendly and kind (hard to find these days)!
Dr. Kessler did my first L Knee joint replacement in 2001. However, I would not let him until I wore a brace to hold me up to walk for 1 1/2 years. After I experienced walking and the amazing results for life and no pain, I would do it again in a heartbeat. Do not wait. Trust Dr. Kessler —he is awesome. Have no fear. He did my R Knee in 2010 and my R Shoulder replacement in 2011. I have a trauma event and it left me with crazy unrelenting arthritis uprising. All has been calm since 2015.
I would not recommend going to this office unless you enjoy waiting at the doctors all day. Been coming here for half a year and every time I come I have to wait 45 min at least from the time of my appointment to the time I am seen. I was seen by Dr. Shafi who is a great doctor and I have no complaints about. The front desk staff and operations is a different story. Like I said the wait is awful but makes sense when 2 other patients have the same appointment with the same doctor as you… The lady’s at the front also come off as very rude when I talk to them. One time I called to make an appointment but was then hung up on and had to call back 5 times before being told to call back tomorrow. As much as going to the doctors sucks these things just make it worse. But at least the doctors are great which I guess is the whole reason for going.
