Poor patient care, full discrimination. I was able to make an appointment for my ear pain, when I mentioned that I work in a hospital, they canceled two of my appointments, I was discriminated by my profesión, yes I’m a healthcare worker, I love helping others, I sign up for this, COVID is bad, yes I’m scared for me and my family, but who is going to help all this patients to get better. This office refused to see me even after explaining them how I’m always using my protective equipment and that I have been working all this time without any exposure, I personally need medical attention for my ear, nothing related to the virus, this place brought me to tears, where is patient care? What can you expect from this doctor and his office?

I had a very good experience with Dr. Mayer. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. His staff was friendly and there was nearly 0 wait time.

After a mishap with appointments Kathykn Brooks his office manager got my daughter into a room immediately, made her comfortable. She is a delight to work with, looking forward to relief from the Dr!

I saw Dr. Mayer 10/9/18 because he was the only one that could see me that day – and I had to see someone. He was great. He listened, explained what he thought I had and what I needed to be aware of. And I was seen on time! I don’t know why there are people complaining about his bedside manner – he was pleasant, shook my hand (which is not something I would do with a sick patient :-). My biggest thing is that a doctor listens – if they do that I don’t need them to be warm and fuzzy. I need them to do their job – listen for clues, do their exam and not jump to conclusions too quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Mayer.
