Traveling for work between my husband’s job and mine, we’ve never had a bad experience at an Enterprise. But we’ve never had as such stellar experience as we did here with Chris and Andrew today. We were involved in a car accident so our day was sour when Chris picked us up. He was extremely cheerful and empathetic and was just really great making our experience and process smooth. Andrew was also extremely helpful in this process and sharing additional information with us- you guys made our day a whole lot better. There were three other customers that came in and they tag teamed extremely well and greeted everyone as they came in as they assisted us – I was extremely impressed. Thank you for being so quick in picking us up, getting us in the system and right back out!

Great customer service is consistently provided at this location by the manager, Foster LeBeau-Harrison, as well as his team members, such as Ali. They always seem to make my rental experience less time consuming, pleasant & efficient as possible, while still ensuring I receive a clean & sanitized rental in a safe & clean environment, especially during this COVID pandemic.
My most recent rental was 12:11-12/14 was outstanding to say the least, from pickup to drop off of the rental. I honestly only prefer to come to this location because, Foster & his team of professionals are always pleasant & patient with me through every detail. The company I work for uses your services on a business level & I see why they choose to.
I appreciate the personable & outstanding customer service experience of this location over others.
My next rental is already set up for this location & I’m sure once again they will represent your company in a continuing positive direction.

They had me sign for insurance that I didn’t want or need because my insurance company would cover any damages. I was told it could be canceled over the phone. I called and the agent Lisa had a whole different story about the insurance. I looked at my Credit Card and they were charging additional fees that were not authorized. The reason for the deposit was to cover any additional cost if necessary, so why are you debiting my card a separate charge? I had a great experience when I rented back in November but after this, I’ll go somewhere else.

I’ve been renting from this location for the last 20 years and have no complaints. The efficiency and attention to detail is right on par. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately my experience has been terrible and I wasn’t the one who rented the car. The car was for a friend who made a reservation at the Delray location. I drove all the way from fort. Lauderdale just to find out that his reserved car wasn’t there and no other cars were on the lot. Second thing was when a car did come on the lot, it was washed an given to him (it had all sorts of dents and scratches). My friend has a debit card that they would not accept and I was asked to use my card as a payment method and then made the main renter even though I specifically said I want no responsibility of the car being rented. Then said and I quote “If your friend doesn’t pay for the charges, you can dispute the charges” which was very unprofessional and I could see she only had her best interest. I did not sign any of the paperwork because I was not renting the car. The woman then asked for insurance and my friend said he has insurance. She never asked me for mine.

The car was returned back Saturday to another location closer to where I live. At the time I was out of town and I get a call Sunday morning about water damage that was in the trunk and some scratches on the car. Not only am I confused but I was told a claim was already sent in and they needed my insurance information. I told them they need to talk to my friend who was the one who actually rented the car, not me. I was then told that the claim department was suppose to call me and find out what happened. That never happened. I called the Delray location and Fort Lauderdale both said I have to contact the other. On top of that the car wasn’t inspected when my friend dropped the car off, he was told to put the keys in the drop box. The car’s trunk was never inspected when we got the vehicle and wasn’t inspected on the spot after the drop off. On top of that it rained all night with the car in the lot. Who knows if the car had water damage before or after the car was sitting in the lot. Now enterprise is charging me over $500 for a car that could have been damaged before I even got it. I’ve never had a bad experience with enterprise till now and I’m likely not ever able to rent from this company again unfortunately because I really do love enterprise. I’m just very disappointed
