I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an employee by the name of erica kolorat she became beligerant and vulgar because she did not know the answer to a question however she is very well versed on saying that’s not my department or responsibility apart from the vulgarities and being on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to her manager she ended hanging up on me. Erica needs to be retrained if not terminated she is not professional hope someone sees this and addresses these behaviors.
