Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Deerfield Beach Boca Raton

Very concerned about the cleanliness of this room especially since the pandemic is not over. We checked in late and as soon as we walked in, you could clearly see the surfaces that had not been wiped down, there was a stain of some kind down the wall that looked like it could be coffee or soda and pet fur on the window legend. It’s late, so I want to take a shower. There was a brown stain on the shower curtain and when I got in there was a goopy, white substance on the mesh part of the shower curtain. I was really hoping it was just hair conditioner but their mini bottle of conditioner are yellow. I took a video of the surfaces, stains, etc…disappointed. Was hoping for better considering this place is new.

My husband and I came down to breakfast after it was already cleared. The front desk attendant was so nice and got us hot coffee and asked if we needed anything for breakfast. So appreciative for the hospitality and comfort while staying here. This hotel is very new, right off of 95, and 15 minute drive (2.5 miles) to Deerfield Beach restaurants and bars.

Beautiful is a understatement, greatest staff is also a understatement, just go to this amazing hotel with amazing staff and you’ll enjoy it, you’ll enjoy every second you are there, highly recommend hotel!!!

The short girl working the front desk with artificial blonde hair (at the moment) was too eager around my male guest. She was on the elevator pulling up here pants, so he can get a better view of her and making sure her hair is ok. If you want to keep your husband don’t go here.

The lobby is very updated. The rooms are also updated but small. A lot of trying to figure out where things are at. I’m positive downstairs gets a lot of calls.

The suite was spacious, all the amenities are well kept and clean. New building, updated features all throughout. Nice and helpful staff
