Always have great experiences here. Shivaand Persad is excellent. He was quick yet thorough. He takes your concerns seriously and wants to help as much as he can. I love that you can get blood drawn there so you don’t have to go to Quest or another facility. It’s also nice that when I wanted a physical they offered all the blood tests in the world just to make sure there are no issues. I know Dr. Laureen Fleck was the previous doctor, but she is now teaching and I’m really pleased with the new doctors.

WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. They charged me for the blood work in the office and then I receive a bill for almost $400. Now they say they cannot do anything about it. I will never go back to this place and I definitely do not recommend.

This place WAS great when Dr. Fleck was there.
The new owners and staff are RUDE and disrespectful! I was screamed at by a staff member for trying to refill my prescription. I have never been so upset at the way a doctors staff treats people. In my opinion they should NOT even be in business.
I asked for my files and will NOT be returning!

My family has been seeing Laureen Fleck for years. She is my absolute favorite physician I have ever seen and my family and I reccomend her to anyone we know. The staff is warm and caring and remember you as a patient (things like walking in the door and after greetings asking how people like my stepdad and sisters are by name). I had health insurance that wasn’t accepted in this office for a few months and still was willing to pay out of pocket to go here.
