It’s a complex but not complicated just if you want to work out meet new ppl or just train by your self this is a place to go

Great playing field and great track. The field is a very well kept turf field that is suitable for a wide variey of sports. The track is in excellent condition and has the amenities to support track and field events. FAU has created a top notch facility that is open to the public. The only consideration is the field is often packed with college student pick up games which would be expected on a college campus. Still a great place to go running or to practice sports.

If you love running (in circles) like I do, this is the place to do it!!! I come here often to meet up with my short shorts, circle running friends. We chase each other around playing, “Catch me if you can!” I’ve been doing this for years with these same friends but can’t understand why we all keep coming back. I have pulled hamstrings, gotten shin splints and puked here but I never get caught.
I did meet my future wife here which makes it a very special place for me. So if you like to torture yourself or want to join us running in circles, we’ll be there. Just ask for myself, Ben, Josh, Tim, Dave, Dan, Paul, Todd, Tom, Scott, Naji, Sebastian, Nate, Damian, Burt, Margaret, Martha or Melissa. Ok, Bye Bye Now! 😉
