Great advisors and support staff..

I was greeted after being kept waiting in a dirty empty lobby by a female whose first words were since we are almost closing… all I can take is a paper check. She was not wearing a mask in violation of Palm Beach county indoor mask orders. I asked her to put on a mask. Annoyed she returned to her office. With over 100k invested in multiple fidelity accounts i was dismayed by her attempt to get rid of me. Indeed the published hours are 8:30 – 5. She was less helpful that a commercial banker. If its not necessary for your company to provide service, put her on furlough first and send her to work elsewhere. I have worked too hard to be treated poorly by another female.
All she was asked to do was deposit a check. Close this location until after your are prepared to come closer than 30 feet + security guard between your clients.

I have been with Fidelity for 30 years. Recently, Fidelity withheld and transferred my money somewhere and will not return it. Their representatives and Supervisors have told me that even if they confirm they made a mistake by listening to the phone recordings, they will not be refunding me my money. I wrote letters to ABIGAIL P. JOHNSON, CEO AND SHE COULDN’T CARE LESS. I have been forced to file a lawsuit…..will be glad to keep the investment community posted about these people, who, in my opinion, are a bunch of crooks.

Not sure what all these negative reviews are about… I’ve been to this branch several times and have always found everyone to be very helpful and professional. I have my business, personal and retirements accounts with Fidelity and they’ve made everything very easy.

We just opened a brokerage account today at the Boca office of Fidelity Investments. When I read the several reviews on this site I was ready for a truly horrible experience, What I found was a well-run office with very helpful professionals. We were greeted at the front desk, invited to have some water, coffer or tea while we waited for the representative. About 2 minutes later Dan Levine came out to greet us. Dan was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We also met Lauren Spencer, who works with Dan. She was friendly and offered to be of assistance in the future as needed. Everything was outstanding and was a five star experience.
