We were told to go to the office to pick up our quick claim deed. When we got to the office, we walked in the front door and were immediately barked at to get out. We were treated incredibly rudely, and when they did bring out the deed to us we mentioned that we did not appreciate it. No apology, just excuses including that the door was supposed to be locked. Clearly us walking in was no fault of ours. The woman that barked at us was blonde, we did not get her name, and she sarcastically told us to “have a good day” when we left.

Our experiences with Kim Davis have all been exceptional, so I only leave this review in regard to the rudeness of the other employee. I hope no one has to work with this woman. Choose Kim Davis or another company if you can.

They have improved 100%. They have cleaned up the areas very nicely since my last post.

This company is the worst. They’ve given me the run around to find out their license number, they don’t return phone calls. The State of Florida’s various agencies had no record of them. What are they hiding from.

Our parking lot looks like a war zone after the rain on Friday June 19. We have to wait until Monday to have it cleaned. Or paid extra to come on the weekend We have to remove ourself a fridge that float to our parking lot . Myself have to go outside and pick some of the debris so we can move our cars because garbage was all around the vehicles,cardboards ,plastic containers,glass bottles recycle bins etc. Not a good review. Today is Monday and we still waiting….

They seem to do less than nothing! You call leave messages and nobody bothers to return your call! First service, means no service
