Flanigan’s Seafood Bar and Grill

Unbelievably disappointing manager Kevin does not belong in the service industry! My wife loves coming to this location for a quick lunch, food is usually hot, fresh and fast. We waited a half hour for wings and rib rolls. The server indicated that the rolls were taking some time because they needed to be made fresh, we happy waited with patience only to find the rolls ice cold in the center. The manager Kevin came to the Table and greeted us with a response we would have never expected anyone in the service industry to give us. Eat around it! The internal temperature of the rolls were not safe to eat!! He didn’t offer to get us something else instead he said eat around it ill take it off your bill. Very disappointing and our last visit to that location!

Kevin the manager what a disappointment, my family been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years. Today Sunday 03/07/21 we came over to celebrate my moms birthday. Mandy and the girls at the desk were great. We had to wait for a table for 10 people,, we wanted to seat together and been waiting for 1:20 minutes. Finally we got one small table to accommodate our party, there was another table next to it and we ask the hostess if we can use the other table, she say yes, let me get it ready very profesional.

How ever KEVIN the manager on duty said that we can’t put the table together, after 1:30 minutes and this is what we encounter with the manager Kevin.

It do not stop here, I asked him that what table you you guys were planning to give us, he did not answer correctly, KEVIN told my family in front of all his employees if you don’t like it you can leave.

What is the example he is setting for his employees, he continued to tell me if you don’t like leave. And we did leave, the company did not get my business thanks to Kevin.

I hope he is not representing the standard of customer service your company.

I am very sorry we have to meet the manager today.

We were seated at 3:55pm and the waitress greeted us immediately. I asked if the joe’s meal deal was still available and she said yes if you order right now. The next words out of my mouth was 2 burgers with fries and iced teas. Their Covid protocol was excellent and our meals were served quickly. Burgers and fries were cook perfectly and served hot.

Flanigan’s is the best! You’ll never miss eating here. I come for the meal deal which is always so nice. For 1699 I get a New York strip, baked potato, giant Caesar salad AND a glass of wine. It’s a small strip steak but it’s just delicious.
