I contacted Florida Smart Energy because friends of mine had used them to install solar panels on their home and were very pleased with them.
Contacting Florida Smart Energy was one of the best decisions, regarding a home improvement, I have ever made! “Hunter” took the time to explain the back round and structure of the company as well as the manufacture and installation of the panels. He explained how sealing the A/C ducts would help conserve power and help my A/C run more efficiently. (It does!)
The installation of the A/C seal and the solar panels was done so quickly, efficiently and cleanly, I wish all service personal were even half as good!
The office staff that coordinated the scheduling of the installers, inspectors and finance people, first class all the way!
I am so happy with Florida Smart Energy that I recommend them to all who ask about my solar panels!

It has been a complete pleasure and a refreshing surprise how this solar company stresses customer service. Unlike horror stories I have heard from two people I know, (who fell into the trap of going solar simply with a general contractor), We chose to engage a real Solar Company. Florida Smart Energy is a company whose sole focus is based in the solar industry. The level of detail and perfectionism we have experienced thus far has really taken us by surprise. My representative was exactly on time for my in home presentation. His presentment to myself and my partner was extraordinarily detailed and highly informative. There was never a moment where we felt we were being pressured to make a purchase but rather, we truly feel as if we were given an education by our representative Hunter (who is extremely polite, soft spoken…and has a great sense of humor too. It was a pleasure to go through this process with him). Having made the decision to move forward, We had our site inspection of our home finished in less than 24 hours, that’s pretty impressive! Every person that I have spoken to either in person or on the phone has displayed a great level of professionalism and knowledge. I am always treated with respect and made to feel as if my decision to go green is greatly appreciated and very important to this company. My partner and I both feel as if we have made an excellent choice for our home and our future. Even the pricing was excellent, we will be paying far less than we would if we had stayed with the electric company. This is a highly recommended life change for the better!

Purchasing solar was a huge decision that comes with a huge price tag. From the very beginning, Smart Energy was right there with honest quotes and impeccable customer service. They went above and beyond for us getting the whole process started and stayed right there with us throughout the entire process, coordinating and explaining everything from in-depth product information to required permits and inspections. We could not be more pleased with the product, professionalism of the staff and ongoing customer service. Thank you Smart Energy!

Very well informed of the products and all rebates available. The pricing was very competitive, however, the dedication and excellent customer service helped me make my decision.
