Fresh Meal Plan

I would not recommend them! I skipped a week because I was able to. They still sent food I did not order charged me and then stated oh we see you canceled but not in the time frame – but was still able to cancel makes no sense – if that was the case I should have been able to pick my own food. But no they did not offer to take care of it even though I have not been home in days so its still sitting out side because im on vacation and had no idea. This is not the first time I had a problem with the company, I don’t think they follow directions very well.

I only had one shipment due to my heart health. I hope after I get squared away I can go back. The food I have eaten so far is very good and a large quantity.

I ordered 14 meals (Paleo Diet). It’s convenient for people that can’t food prep, but I am not enjoying the food. The steak and eggs for example the steak was very hard and chewy, I couldn’t eat. There was another one that came way too much carrots.. I’m not going to pay $9.99 for a bunch of carrots and just a few shrimp. I can buy a bag of carrots for $2.00. And the list goes on. So for me it is pointless to pay for something that I’m not enjoying. I’m not going to order again.

Been using this service for a while and very happy with it. Last week I received my usual meals and they it seemed that they had swapped out fresh green beans for canned ones. I called CS and gave them a heads up. Jose was great and took note of it, and they corrected it immediately. Received my next round of meal a couple days later, and it was all back to normal. Good food with better customer service.

Absolutely LOVE this service. I got my first delivery last night and the food is super fresh, excellent quality, tasty, and healthy! I had gotten meal delivery from another service and it was like airline food… I switched to Fresh Meal Plan and it’s like night and day compared to the other company.

I did have one incorrect meal delivered to me by Fresh Meal Plan, but I brought it to their attention and they resolved it right away via chat by providing me a credit. I do feel like the food is expensive – BUT, the quality and freshness are definitely there so it’s worth the money. I am using this as a solution while my kitchen is renovated and it’s working out perfect! I would highly recommend this to anyone.
