Gables Boca Place

My son has had a great experience living a Gables Boca Place. Nice safe community and beautifully kept property. The maintenance staff is quick to respond as well.

Lived here for two years and I love my experience at Gables Boca Place. Amazing staff and maintenance. Ladies in the lease office are organized and respectful. Outside is always maintained on a daily basis. Sometimes tenants don’t follow the “pick up after your dog rule”, but has gotten better over the time. When something was wrong with appliances they didn’t take long to fix. Maintenance guys are super nice and respectful. When the pandemic was in full affect they took necessary precautions to keep everyone safe and they understood the circumstances that everyone was in at this time ; which I appreciate alot . Highly recommended

To be honest im very happy in this place, i don’t have ant complaint, the staff ate really nice when i need something to fix it, they come in really quickly.
I like it a lot!

It is a great place to live, at the office everyone is friendly and always open to help. Community is very quiet and clean. I am living at this property for 4 years.

Everyone on the community team is very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it! I’m loving being part of it, my approval was super fast.
