Gables Town Colony

Lovely ladies managing this property. It was extremely clean . While touring the property I was shown the pool and not a speck of dirt was in the water. The manager and assistant manager were so friendly and informative with an outstanding attitude. I will be leasing one of their townhouses.

I love living here. The property is maintained with TLC….. the location is great but the best thing about this property is the staff. They are AMAZING!

Thank G-d what a refreshing change after viewing 36 different apt complexes in the Boca/Delray area with a lot of strange staff who seemed super Salesy and not trustworthy. Me and my cousin just moved in last week and already love this place so much. From the start Janis was so helpful and always got back to me in a timely manner. Jenny also is amazing! They are so welcoming. I couldn’t imagine anywhere else being home! Thanks guys!
