GLOWING Day Spa (Closed Temporarily)

The best service I have received in years. I left feeling like a princess. The massage was so relaxing. The facial left my skin so soft and rejuvenated. I will be a returning customer for sure!!!

Most unprofessional spa I have ever been to. Do not go to this spa, unless you expect to get unauthorized spa charges. I paid a monthly fee for a spa package (two services) in November and December. On my scheduled November appointment (day of) I received a call cancelling my appointment. I had a credit for those two services. I tried redeeming those services in January. During my appointment, the masseuse left mid way during massage for 15 minutes to attend to customers walking in. Extremely unprofessional. In addition to that, I had to wait 30 minutes to get my facial. After the appointment when I expressed my disappointment, he simply said “it’s seasonal”. That day I had two services done (facial and massage) After leaving, I was charged for one service plus a 20% service charge. Despite having TWO paid services to redeem. So I basically had to pay $260!!! Also the 20% service fee is not considered gratuity!
Issue is still not sorted out. For almost a week now I have received false promises that someone will call. They already have another issue filed with the Better Business Bureau for a similar issue. Customers beware!!!

I Loved the atmosphere. I recommend anyone in need of a spa day to come here and get full service. You won’t be disappoint. Tranquility and peace is all u need.

My mother and I spent the full day and had a beautiful experience. We both had the massage with the pink clay body treatment and the organic facial. We loved our experience and they made sure to add such special touches to make this such a personal visit. The nibbles in between treatments and the tea was so wonderful. We felt so wonderful after we left with glowing skin and it was such a relaxing day at the spa. They really do make you feel comfortable and pull all stops to make this a wonderful experience.

I absolutely enjoyed every moment of my experience at glowing day spa! They were very accommodating of my last minute appointment request and I was greeted with chamomile tea and pistachios upon arrival. The atmosphere is serene and calming and Adan is very pleasant and polite. My clay massage was AMAZING and my facial was to die for!! I left feeling relaxed and my skin is still glowing two weeks later!! I highly recommend this spa! I will be returning every chance I get 😊
