Moving from Maryland to Florida (and needing to a lot of coordinating remotely as a result) made inspection of the home we plan to purchase critically important to us. In addition to providing an extremely thorough, detailed, and clear assessment, Jay provided us with estimates of the cost of each of the items that needed to be addressed and a list of multiple companies to choose between to do the work. Moreover, he very patiently answered all of our subsequent questions by email and phone and was highly responsive. His professionalism and attention to detail were exemplary and we highly recommend him and his company.
