the wrong name for this place is not good here anymore. I never got a courtesy call stating my car was done so it was just sitting there

It’s not good here anymore it’s Mavis and I’ve have nothing but good things to say about this company so if you ever need problem solved with your car or your vehicle he’s going to your nearest Mavis dealer and they will definitely take care of you

Would not reccomend. Doughtful they did the work at all. Man at counter was very polite. Mechanic was rude and seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. Also felt racial for being an older white man.

The telephone number listed online is not to the store. It is to a “call center” (whatever that is). I did not learn that until I got to the store to have the work done. Phone rep was courteous and ordered the tire I needed. I got an email confirming my 8am appointment for a few days later.
I arrive at 8am. Front desk had two employees handling the morning early customers, but the mechanical staff did not arrive until 8:15. Time management does not seem to be a strong suit of the workers at this business. My work was done and I was out of there by 9:05.

Amazing! Very quick and reliable service. I highly recommended this shop to anyone. I went in for 2 tires and the people were personable and helpful.
