GUARANTEED RATE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

I made my first mortgage payment on 1/1/2020 and the check cleared my bank shortly after. It is now May 5, 2020 and Guaranteed Rate still “can’t find” that money from my mortgage payment 4 months ago. It didn’t show up in my Guaranteed Rate account, or with the shady new company (who will not answer phone calls, or reply to emails) they sold my loan to.

Unless you want to pay legal fees to get credit for a mortgage payment you make, go elsewhere.
