Siobhan’s colorful and creative cuing and awareness of body mechanics is not to be missed! What a fun and informative class. Not to mention that she has fabulous taste, her studio is gorgeously tasteful and inviting.

Siobhan is sooo knowledgeable and passionate about the body and movement. She set me down my personal path of understanding the body. Her classes are blend of hard work and laughs. She pushes you beyond your comfort, but you always feel safe because she knows so damn much.

There’s always something new and fun and exciting here. The owner is a continuing education addict and it shows in the way she is able to teach classically while keeping things fresh. Also probably the hippest studio I’ve been to!

I have had the privilege and honor of learning Pilates and Gyrotonics from the best in the Hudson Valley for over 10 years. Siobhan has extensive education and knowledge of the human body. Every session, whether private or class setting was sprinkled with deepening my understanding of my body moving mindfully, anatomy and physiology , mind-body connection and HUMOR. Siobhan makes every session unique and and fun with her unique personality and sense of humor.
