Four stars not five only because the building need lot of TLC. People here are great. Carlyl is the the top of the top. Marie is very good. Rehab facility outdated but the physiotherapist are very skilled and nice, Krishna, Evelyn and Gail in particular. Cornelia went above and beyond her duty to help me. If the property of this facility would invest some money in the building and modernize a little the equipment in physiotherapy this would be a 6 stars location. Fantastic people !!! Last but not least Doris, in social service … great job !!

My brother arrived to Heartland Health Boca at 1 am into the caring arms of its staff after spending two months in the hospital fighting COVID. His time here was in quarantine but the loving care and safe restrictions allowed him to rest, heal and grow stronger every day. He is a miracle and with the help of the nurses, therapists and staff – he will finally go home today to his family. The facility and its guardians are amazing. We cannot thank them enough for all they did to keep him hopeful.

My husband recently spent several weeks at Heartland following a hospital stay. So pleased with the rehab he received…wonderful job by Vinnie, Director of Rehabilitation Services and Carly, Speech Therapist. They developed a program for him and kept me updated on his progress every step of the way. A special shout out to the patient and compassionate nursing staff who made his full recovery possible. Very impressed with the superior care provided by this facility.

My aunt who passed away recently at age 90, lived in the skilled nursing facility at Heartland for over a decade. Leaving a loved on in a nursing home is never easy, but our family took comfort in knowing that she quickly came to consider Heartland her home and was very happy there. Over the years we have seen a steady improvement in the way the facility is run. The current Director of Nursing is dedicated to patient care and has steadily built a strong nursing team. All of the staff from those in the dining room to the engineer who helped my aunt figure out how to use her smart TV, were friendly and helpful. At the end of her life, when we had to make difficult decisions, her doctor and the nurses listened to and carried out my aunt’s wishes with respect and compassion. We are grateful.
