I ordered vector expandable dining table. I had some issues with the product and approached customer service. I am very much satisfied with the way my concern is handled by Christopher and all issues are resolved to my satisfaction. It is true that some times things happen beyond human control but resolving them is certainly on very good customer service. This gives more confidence for home threads online shoppers and increase in returning customers. Home threads collection is unique. Thank you once again Christopher.

I am giving a 4 star for now, but this may change after I receive my item (either better or worse). As many have already explained, you do not know whether or not your item is actually in stock until you order. Unfortunately the table I ordered is on back order. That’s ok though, I don’t need it today or yesterday, I can wait a few weeks. But a little more transparency would’ve been nice. The good thing about this company is that they are US based! I actually researched them before ordering, because I had previously ordered this table in early October on Amazon not knowing that the seller was in another country until I tried tracking it, and I don’t know where it ended up. It shows “delivered” as of Tuesday but I never got it. So I am currently duking it out with them as far as a refund (which I probably won’t get). But my heart is set on this table so I am hoping Homethreads comes through for me. Will check back later with update.

I cannot be happier with my purchase. My chairs arrived on time and in order. The chair are great quality and even better than on the site. One product was broken but Homethreads were extremely responsive and helpful. Cassie was super helpful and was able to replace the chair, within 24 hours of my first email.

Placed an order 11/29. The original shipping date was 12/23. Which we were okay with because we got a great deal. Since then the shipping date has been pushed back twice.. which we were not notified of. Nothing was said until I reached out to customer service. Now we have a new shipping date of 1/4. My fiancé and I are getting increasingly aggravated. Since the order we have moved into our new home, and have no couch. So we are literally sitting in outdoor furniture in our living room. Super embarrassing when we have friends over. So far this experience as been terrible, and the only reason I gave them two stars is because I’m hopeful it will actually ship this time and we will like the couch.

From giving me clarifying information about the product before I made the purchase, to quickly and easily resolving items damaged in transit he was empathetic, professional, and acted with a sense of urgency to help with my purchase. I wish every person I interacted with was like Tony! 5 Star Service!
