Hyatt Place Boca Raton/Downtown

Stayed here during a business trip and enjoyed the location! Hotel is in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and walking distance to the beach. The building is ran down and I would suggest Hyatt to put their hands on renovating. Such a great location. Front desk staff is very friendly and hard working. Carolina was so sweet and super nice! Her professionalism deserves the attention. Thank you for taking care of your customers.

I have never stayed in such a noisy and poorly insulated hotel. The traffic outside was so unbelievably loud we spent two nights nearly sleepless. Additionally, all of the remote controlled shades in the room were broken so they were just in whatever fixed condition they happened to be in. The location is great, however there are too many other good spots in Boca to ever stay here again.

We are on the 15 floor with a view to the ocean… What could be wrong.. All good the service is very good..

This hotel is beautiful! The rooms and bathrooms are renovated. The pool is very nice. The staff is friendly and customer service oriented. The assistant general manager was very attentive and professional. He accommodated our family of six with a smile. The sofa bed fit two adults comfortably. The free breakfast is delicious, with a combination of hot sandwiches, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt and fruit; as well as coffee and tea. I was not disappointed but just the opposite. We hope we can come back to the area just to stay here again.
