The customer service rep who help me was EXTREMELY polite and patient. I feel there would never be a problem if i needed to call him again for assistance.

Jay in Customer Service is Wonderful. He explained everything in detail to me so I could understand. Insurance is very foreign to me, i usually just pay what they tell me, and don’t even know what I have. Hopefully it will be exactly what I need!!
