Impressions Dry Cleaners

I have tried many different dry cleaners around this location including Tide Cleaners, and Impressions Dry Cleaners was the best around. My favorite part is that they are 100% organic and chemical free. Also, you can always rely on them getting your dirty spots out of your cloths. Finally, they have great customer service no matter what!

Fast and professional

I had a bad experience unfortunately. I took 3 jeans to the cleaners, they gave me back one pair that did not belong to me. It wasn’t even my size and a different color. I attempted to speak with the owner who never followed up with me or reimburse me considering I had already paid for it ( I noticed it was not mines after I arrived hm). It would have been respectable for the owner to follow up and at least try to rectify the matter. She told one of her workers penny to deal with it. Nothing was resolved. Won’t take my clothes there again.

Family owned and Exceptional Customer Service!! We moved to the Boca area and found Impressions on a Whim!! The owners, the entire staff and the tailor are the best of the best! I cannot say enough great things about them – they are so accommodating and really strive to exceed their customers expectations – we won’t be using anyone else and are so happy with them. I rarely do reviews but I had to give these guys 10 stars!! And wanted to spread the word if you are looking for great dry cleaning service this is the place….Thank you Rosebud for always going above and beyond for us!
