Indian River Towers – FAU Housing and Residential Education

Parents are not allowed in the building. My daughter stated they are checking temperature. Looks like security is tight, I did see a police officer walikg into the building. Never have to worry about security, there are always BSO in or around the buildings.

Nice dorms

Dust, dust, and more dust from the AC system. Gets very stinky from neighboring rooms. I’d go to bed feeling perfectly fine and wake up either feeling sick or hacking and coughing. This impacted my overall health and made my living on campus experience pretty difficult. Only one single kitchen for the building to share. And trust me, these kids aren’t clean or attentive to fellow residents. Very glad to no longer live here and to enjoy simple things – like candles and windows that open to fresh air. If I had to consider living on campus again, it would have to be at University Village Apartments. Can’t beat your own kitchen and windows that open.
