Interiors by Brown

I have never experienced such terrible customer service from an interior designing company. When I walked in the showroom, I was not greeted, I was looked up and down and felt as if I was bothering the showroom manager. I was going to place a huge order with them, and decided to give the business to someone else who actually cared about helping their clients and not feel like a nuisance. Very disappointed with the whole experience and lack of customer service representation. This is why businesses should always invest in their customer service staff. They are the face of the business!

We worked with a terrific decorator , Sybil. great taste, wonderful direction . Browns has amazing furnishings, artwork, lighting ,great craftsman, woodwork, cabinet makers, etc. They back up their products completely. I’m very pleased with everything they did for me.

What a rewarding experience to work with the team at Brown. We were delighted with how our home came out. It is crazy how the little touches can totally transform a room. Worth very penny.

The Brown team is incredibly talented and patient. They really listened to my ideas I had for my project, and addresses all my thoughts and concerns without hastily getting started and writing off my questions. They made me feel like I was a part of the process, which was really important to my wife and I. The entire process was amazing, stress free, and most importantly it was executed flawlessly. We will be using them on all future design projects for my company.
