I would give 0 stars if I could. This “therapist” has no working knowledge of evidence-based therapy. I told him I was only interested in evidence-based approaches, and he proceeded to conduct our session with 1) having me draw pictures that supposedly represent my subconscious feelings (this is total pseudoscience) and 2) telling me to eat crackers throughout the day to alleviate my anxiety ( he recommends this to children and OPPOSES medication). Run far away from this scam artist!

Amazing therapist. Have known him for years and always gives very good advice and sessions. Thank you dr. Anderson for everything.
