So my 2 yr old accidentally purchased 2 Groupon deals from this boutique, i figured she knows mommy was working hard and really needed a massage. So i decided to use 1 of the vouchers. When i got there I immediately told the owner of my situation. She said, “its fine, we use 1 today and when you come back we use the other.” I said “Ok great”. So services was rendered, the massage was excellent, misuse spoke no English but was professional and very polite. Looked forward to my second visit. 3 weeks later, I called to schedule, the owner denied saying “if expired would have to pay full price.” After back and fourth, i decided to drive the 15 miles of obtain service or a refund. When i got to location she denied stating she ever agreed to the second voucher. I called Groupon, they expressed couldn’t get refund because pass their refund policy time-frame, but vender should render services because have unused voucher. The owner Jackie still refused to give refund or provide services. Point of the story, the owner lied, stole and pissed me the hell off. Although its months later, it still hurts every time i see one of the deals on Groupon. Just making sure everyone is aware not to make any agreements with this vender.
