the only therapist that actually understands process addictions. She is a master. Gambling, shopping, stealing, spending, gaming, you name it — Jen has the education and credentials to actually heal people. She saved my life

by far the best therapist ever. so on point – so intelligent and knows exactly how to phrase anything uncomfortable or difficult in a way that is compassionate, valid and thought provoking. Run – don’t walk – to go see her

MY LIFE AND THE LIVES OF MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN CHANGED IN WAYS I NEVER DREAMED. WE ARE OPEN, HONEST, KIND AND LOVING. JENNIFER CONTINUES TO SUPPORT US AS WE DO RUN INTO DIFFICULTIES AT TIMES. I RECOMMEND HER AS OFTEN AS I CAN; SHE IS THAT GREAT

Jennifer is kind, compassionate yet firm which is what I want from my therapist. She has an innate sense and a gift to assess and help me understand what my issues are rather than telling me. I highly recommend her.

Jen Alfert is the best ever. She is a rare find in a world of therapists in that she will not just go along with feeling bad for you or blaming others (as so many others do) but challenges you to look at your part in situations and take responsibility for your actions. Many people can’t handle this. Many people want someone to feel sorry for them and take their side and tell them they are right. I mean I personally love being told how wonderful and gifted and amazing I am. While that may feel good in the moment, it’s not lasting. True growth comes from being uncomfortable and honest and vulnerable. A therapist that will tell you when you are wrong is a rare find but is a sign that they truly care about you. This is where true change stems from, and that is lasting. If you want to live your best life and nothing has worked for you before and you somehow find yourself living in south Florida while feeling lost and confused, you should probably call Jen.
