Did not shop at the physical store, but I was able to make a phone order and the employee Gabby who helped me, as well as the store manager were super nice and prompt. I got my item in 2 days. I will definitely do more shopping with this location. This store also has the best inventory out of all the kate spade stores in my area.

Called from Texas to get an item only this store had. Received wonderful customer service from Natalie. She went above and beyond to locate the item, which was the only one left, then mailed it to me. Very impressed!

I come with my wife READY to buy any purse she would wanted me to get. She was exited to not only buy one but multiple items. I walk in to the location and no one even greeted us. We walked around the store for a couple of minutes, at first I assume maybe they were busy. One of the reps just stood next to us and didn’t even try to help us. For a company likes Kate Spade, this is honestly terrible customer service. I walked out and went to a different location that was willing to help. Won’t recommend this location to anyone.
