Katie’s Kids Yoga

We had a blast with Michele and Lisa, my kids and their cousins met at a park, we did yoga, fun ands crafts! Highly suggest giving this program a try they teach a lot more than yoga! Kudos!

My kids and I had a wonderful experience with Lisa and Michele. We did a small group outside at my home with another family! Highly encourage you to give this program a try, they work in schools and do private sessions, I learned many things to hemp keep my kids relaxed and focused while they are on virtual school!

Absolutely love these classes! My kids have the best time, they love the yoga and enjoy the arts and crafts especially the ones they did recently for Halloween and Thanksgiving! My son amd daughter have also been learning tools to use to manage their anxiety and stress when it comes to academics!

We have had such an amzing experience with Katie’s Kids Yoga! We love Ms Lisa and Ms Michele! My children have learned how to find peace and manage their emotions through strategies and yoga poses they learned in class!
I highly recommend this program to anyone especially now during this stressful time with virtual school!
