I had my first appointment with Christina, She was extremely nice and did an excellent job. Best facial I’ve ever had! When I first walked in, Julia at the front desk was welcoming, attentive, and very informative. I had no wait time, the place felt clean and relaxing. I will definitely come back for my future treatments and I’ll recommend Kibali Med Spa to my friends.

I went there for an appointment about a few weeks ago . The staff was very nice , although the receptionist was very rude . Julia was more focused on her phone , gave an attitude Everytime she was interrupted , and seemed to be under the influence. I do not want to make any false accusations but I more then likely will not be coming back to this spa due to the responses I was receiving from Julia . She was not very convincing when future appointments were mentioned. If someone else had this same experience I apologize I know how it feels to feel blown off . Hopefully she can be re-trained into teaching and showing customers the comfort they deserve , or maybe a more professional receptionist would be a better option. Thank you for everything . I have been coming for 2 and 1/2 years to this spa for facials. The service is excellent and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The facial products that they sell are of an amazing quality. I would definitely recommend them!

Ashley is amazing! Wonderful facials every time. The rest of the staff is very friendly. I had great results.
