They are suppose to close at 9pm…. I got there at 8 on the dot and they had the doors closed !

I had the best experience here. I’ve never purchased anything from a Lids before, but last minute I needed some custom hats for a wedding and they nailed it! The people working there were super nice and got it done so quickly!!

Don’t even want to give it one star. WORST customer service EVER!!!! The people who work there are BEYOND rude!! I am not one to give negative feedback about stores because it could just be a one time bad experience. However, I have been in this store many times and have always had bad customer service. After today, I will never walk into this store again and the 2 guys working there should be fired for the way they spoke to me and my son!!

Zero customer service in Lids store of Boca Town Center, the guy working there was very rude and aggressive. The worst experience ever. If you don’t want to get insulted and meet uncontrollable employees, do not go there.
