Dr Williams and Paula are wonderful people and outstanding professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with getting their body in good form.

Prior to visiting Dr Williams, I had a shoulder injury for over a year that was preventing me from many forms of exercise such as yoga and weightlifting, even general day-to-day bits like wearing a heavy backpack were causing issues.

Within 4 sessions my shoulder felt better than it had for a year, within 6 I was back to exercising with little issues, within 8 my shoulder is almost back to normal. Dr Williams is extremely personable and knowledgeable in his field.

Thanks to Paula’s efficiency and Dr Williams knowledge, I’m back to feeling much better.
