Leo has been a pleasure helping my family during a very difficult time (the pandemic). Once I’m fully transferred into the state for real estate and working as a realtor I’ll be referencing them to potential homebuyers. Everyone working there is great. I have had many mortgage & business loans through them and refer them to everyone I know. They have been in business a long time and are a fully licensed Lender. I would never deal directly with any other private money lender as they are not licensed and their attorneys are very one sided in favor of their client, not the borrower. The unlicensed lender can use an in-house or ‘free’ appraiser that will come in very low on the appraisal after offering ‘90% financing’. I’d rather deal with the owner Robert, who is a very upfront Lender on all loans from conventional, reverse mortgages, SBA, Subprime, investment and private hard equity and stated income. Any private investor should look to work through his company. They are all very knowledgeable and can offer the most options. They can cross-collateralize properties in order to get 100% to 200% financing for a new purchase or to get a maximum loan amount on a refinance.
