The store looks great. First time back in over a year. It felt more open, I guess they made a little extra space between aisles, racks etc to help with social distancing.

BEST darn department store in Boca. Cannot beat their after holiday sales no matter how hard you try. My wife’s favorite department store without question. GREAT ladies shoe dept as well as handbag selection second to none in there price range according to my wife!

The employees were nice and they helped me find what I needed. They have everything you could ever think of shoes clothes perfumes dresses toys and baby clothes everything! But on thing was that the prices are way to high 200$ FOR ONE PAIR OF SHOES! I HAD I went to a different Macy’s and the price was lower AND IT WAS THE SAME PAIR OF SHOES! But besides that it’s a great place to shop

Yesterday truly made the rest of my upcoming months incredibly smooth. Shopping is something that’s not on my priority list. Unless I absolutely need it I stay away from all retail. Already disgruntled at the fact I’d have to look through the whole store to find clothes that fit me and suit me well..I didn’t expect for such a sweet woman to assist me so smoothly. After about 20 minutes into looking, without much to have made my visit worthy, Mrs. Katya pointed me in the right direction. I didn’t expect to even leave with so much for such great prices. I definitely got more than I imagined. Super happy. And now I’m work extremely delighted that I did stay just a little longer after Mrs. Natalya showed me how much she understood my concerns. I only wish I had more time to have bought more things because, I have no doubt that I would have been able find even more. I can’t wait to go back again and with the hopes to also see Mrs. Katya or others of like mindedness to the exceptional customer service she granted me. Thank you for such a lovely spirit and blessings to you all.
