I am active duty military. I had to pull my application with them because I was told that I needed to register both my vehicles in FL in order to get approved. Military is exempt from having to do this in any state. They also pushed to get a photo copy of my military id, which is illegal. It is listed as a requirement on their application. After pulling my application, I was cut a check for almost $2500, to refund me for my deposit, that they put a stop payment on after I deposited it into my account and cut another check for $1000 less. All of this was done without my knowledge. There was no call, text or email. No communication whatsoever. Zero stars for me, honestly. Would not recommend.

Pleasure to deal with at our Florida home

We have been with Mahogany for 3 years and are very pleased ! Laura, Lauren, Carla and Theresa are the best.

Teresa has an terrible attitude , terrible customer service . Do not hiring this company. They are rude and not a company that’s wants to make there customers happy.
Theresa told me to do it my self and run for the board , when I was telling her what’s wrong . I told her that’s not my specialty that is why the Association should hire professionals to do the job right.

They hire unprofessional workers with no Id and proper credentials .
The worker that came for an estimate to fix my roof didn’t even have ID a business card anything to shows he is who he state he is. That to me is a red flag.
Would u let any one in your home ?

This company is a scam in my opinion.

Lauren is THE BEST! I have had zero issues with this property management company. Always friendly, always professional. If I bring something to their attention, it is addressed immediately. I’m not sure who has had negative experiences with them but I have to wonder why. Highly recommend them.
