Great men’s store, have shopped here a few times with my husband and always had a pleasant experience. Very high quality, upscale fashion items and a good choice of designers. Store manager Alexandra is absolutely adorable.She is always very attentive, professional and helpful! She makes us laugh and is stellar with customer service!

Owner Darren Apel: “My food is getting cold”. Yes, this is the response I received from Mr. Darren Apel when his store clerk Alexandra charged me approximately $3,900.00 for a $1,300.00 purchase.
Here is the tail of misfortune: Alexandra, the store clerk struggled with the credit card machine. Initially she charged my debit card and told me the transaction didn’t go through. (It did). Then she asked me for a credit card and charged me 2 more times. I showed her on both of my apps that I had been charged 3 times for the same transaction. Alexandra didn’t know how to reverse the charges and called store owner Darren Apel. I asked for the phone to speak to Mr. Apel directly. I asked Mr. Apel to return to the store and assist Alexandra to reverse 2 of the charges. Mr. Apel said he was at a restaurant in West Boca and would not return to the store until he was done dining. I told Mr. Apel that my wife and I had reservations and we were delaying them until this matter could be resolved. Mr. Apel refused to return to his store and even complained that his food was getting cold. As a possible solution he suggested that I call my credit
Card companies and challenge the purchases.
I grew increasingly frustrated with Mr. Apel’s refusal to return to the store and reverse approximately $2,600.00 of charges.
Finally Mr. Apel said he would return to the store after dinner to reverse the charges and call me on my cell phone (he never did). As I am writing this review I still have not heard from Mr. Darren Apel.
Marcello’s advertises itself as a high end clothing store with great service. This was a horrible experience and I am writing this review to warn future customers to avoid this store
