I worked with Marsha Gandy to help buy my first home. It was a complicated purchase, because I run my own freelance business. I was worried it wouldn’t work out, but thanks to Marsha and her team I got my first home! The whole process was relatively pain free, and Marsha and her team walked me through the entire process, which I needed. I can’t recommend Marsha and Guaranteed Rate more.
