Dianne is always sweet, attentive and professional! The Boca store is filled with great staff!!! I’ll keep buying watches here.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with this store and Mr Richard G. Has been incredibly kind and helpful to me. He’s almost like family. Also, the rest of the staff/store managers are superb!

The staff is the reason that I stay with Mayors.

This is the PERFECT place to pick up any type of jewelry, watch or diamond. The selection is absolutely huge being one of the biggest mayors I’ve ever seen, the staff are very polite and helpful. They provided the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. I highly recommend to visit you won’t be disappointed.

Stepped in while visiting the mall to see if by some miracle they had a very particular watch in stock. As I thought they unfortunately did not have it available and could take my name. I was disappointed however the interaction did not stop there. Got talking to a nice gentleman named Ethan who was also a fellow watch lover. Knowing how special this piece is he truly went above and beyond to try and find one. After some thorough digging he found the only one still available in the region. I put down deposit and a few days later hot the call that my watch had arrived. Went in tried it on and is sitting on my wrist now. Thank you Ethan and thank you Mayors for not giving up and finding me my coveted piece.

Edit: Purchased another timepiece from Mayors and Lana was great. Didn’t have the watch in store but parent co. In any had and they shipped to my house. Lana followed thru the whole way. Thank you and look forward to more purchases soon.

Thanks to Barbara Stein ‘Babs’, of Boca Raton, I’ve been able to obtain every Rolex I’ve dreamed of since I was a child. Babs and her staff are the most professional, honest and knowledgeable associates I’ve have had the pleasure to deal with. I never met someone so nice and honest. She’s a great communicator, I can reach her at anytime. She has gone above and beyond during these trying times and made every transaction so smooth. I moved 4 1/2 hours away and refuse to go to any other Mayors because they make us feel like a family.
