MDVIP

As a vendor for MDVIP, based on experience, I would caution other vendors to clearly delineate a resolution for returns or dissatisfaction in services. We provided onsite training to MDVIP with a 6 month retake policy, including vouchers for certification exam in SQL. The end users/attendees were not motivated enough to take the exam within 6 months and had forgotten most of what was presented during training. The client demanded a free retake some 7-9 months later, when we referred them back to signed contractual agreement stating 6 month expy they became annoyed and posted bad reviews on our google profile Caution when dealing with these folks!!!
