Miracle Car Wash

Horrible!!! SUPER SLOW and they locked my keys in the car with it running! The manager stuck a tool to open the car and loosened the panel. Paid $40 and they did not finish the job!!! Manager was rude!!

The attendants took great care of my vehicle, which I use to transport my dog. The car is the cleanest I’ve ever had it. The car smells clean but not perfume-y. It took 2-1/2 hours but well worth it. I did inquire after 2 hours and the manager immediately checked on the status of my vehicle. The staff is courteous and helpful, and they gave free, cold bottled Water available. If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent experience

Store has recently changed management/names. Cars don’t even get soap through the tunnel , I know bc I watched the cars go through. They’ll even ask you to stand away from the tunnel so you can’t watch yourself being ripped off.

HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time or money.

To start…the “manager” persuaded me to upgrade to the “FULL” inside/exterior wash.
He explained that the exterior, tires, mats, windows, doors, interior cleaning was all included.

Took 40 minutes for my car to get washed. When they finally said it was ready…I walk over and is completely filthy. The windows had smudges all over it, inside section of my tires had dirt everywhere, my dash and cup holders still had sand all over, and the doors were NOT touched.

Of course, I complained and they told me they would take my car back and “re-clean” it but it will take another 30 minutes! I was stuck at this car wash for over an hour and my car was not even close to being spotless…such a waste of time and money. After they “re-cleaned” my car…there was still sand inside, my doors were still not touched, and the inside section of my tires were still dirty.

You are better off going to a gas station and paying $10 rather than going to Miracle Car Wash and paying over $30. TRUST ME…
