One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their billing department is totally antiquated. Each quarter I have had to make at least a half a dozen calls to them requesting the information on the bill that I need. They are very unresponsive. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. They claim to offer customer service but they have zero. They are not worth the time it takes to have to deal getting the information that you need.

Very pleased with low pressure sales help. I called back several times to get answers to more questions before making a decision. Was able to choose several items suitable for me at suitable price without having to purchase entire prepackaged units. I will see how the unit works when it arrives, but it should work fine if performance matches the purchasing experience. So far I would highly recommend MobileHelp.
