Modani Furniture Boca Raton

I was needed to order spare cushion for outdoor love seat and online customer service told me to go local store and when I came local manger could help me and had send me back online…. bad Expirience. Over all furniture is ok

Unfortunately I have to give this store and overall customer service just one star. Items were not delivered when scheduled originally, no one called to notify us about that. Finally the order arrived one week later and one item was missing. It’s safe to assume sales person Mark is not very competent, I didn’t know it was possible to screw one order so many times. We really wanted to like Modani but we ended up being very upset and disappointed. Will never shop or refer customers there

DONT BUY!!! This company is a SCAM! They tell you they have the items in stock, you purchase them, they hold your money and when is finally the time of the delivery they pretend everything is in place and ready to be delivered, but guess what??? You will wait all day long to realize that they will not show up with your furniture! Next day you call they tell you that your furniture will arrive 2 months after the day it was supposed to be delivered.
Can’t express how sad this is. Please don’t buy from them.

The associate helped us make some custom design options and we are so excited to have this delivered next month! Would definitely recommend if you want an easy friendly furniture shopping experience.

This is a lovely store with very nice and quality modern furniture for reasonable prices. John Leiss is an attentive, polite, and accommodating sales rep. I recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality furniture/furnishings at reasonable prices.
