I have to say that MP45 works for me because it’s highly motivational and technical in all aspects. I get support and encouragement in every video of MP45. I have the chance to experience a wide variety of work outs while also having the option to modify each exercise easily with the Help of MP45 . I finally realised that I was so unhappy with the way I looked and felt disgusted with myself. I was having to buy bigger size jeans, bigger trousers at work, I felt ugly and fat!
